Why a board CV is a different document
A CV that wins executive roles often reads wrong to a nomination committee. They read fast. They look for judgement, independence and care for the long term, not just results. A board CV moves you from ’I ran it’ to ’I governed it’. We build it from your real record. We never add a claim your record cannot support.
How UK board searches work
UK leaders usually reach board roles through a few routes. Director bodies such as the IoD offer learning and networks. Board search marketplaces list open NED roles. Search firms and personal networks fill many more. Each route reads your profile quickly. We help you show up clearly on each one. We do not run searches or apply for you.

Common questions
Asked by leaders abroad
Can you guarantee me a NED role or an introduction?
No. Boards, shareholders and nomination committees make appointments. Introductions, where made, are never guaranteed. Anyone who promises you a seat is selling something no one can sell.
Is a director course or certificate enough?
It is a good foundation, but a certificate does not make you a candidate. Boards want evidence of judgement and independence. Readiness and a board CV are separate work.
I am Indian-origin and UK-based. Can you help with boards in India too?
Yes. The India route starts with the IICA databank and its proficiency test, and you need a DIN. We can look at both routes with you. No seat is promised in either country.
When do sessions run?
All calls run on Microsoft Teams. You pick a slot from the times shown when you book; Indian afternoons fall in UK mornings.
Are you a board search firm?
No. We are not a recruiter, a search firm or a placement agency. We do not put you forward to boards or take fees for appointments. We help you get ready and present your record clearly.
