Coach Panel Terms
In plain words
CVPRO coaches are independent professionals, never our employees. These are the public terms of panel membership: verified claims, the published ethics code, strict confidentiality, and commercial terms agreed in writing before any first match.
1. Independence
- Panel coaches engage with Talpro as independent professionals / independent contractors. Panel membership creates no employment, agency, partnership or joint venture with TALPRO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, and coaches may not represent otherwise.
- Coaches control their own methods and professional judgement within the published standards and ethics code; Talpro controls matching, operations and quality of the platform.

2. Admission and verification
- Admission is by invitation or application via become a coach, and is always at Talpro's discretion.
- Every public claim on a coach profile — credentials (ICF/EMCC where held), operating history, roles — is verified before publication and labelled honestly. "Practitioner — operating credential" denotes verified leadership history rather than a certification, and is never inflated.
- Profiles publish only with the coach's written consent to the final text.
3. Professional obligations
- Adhere to the CVPRO coaching standards: confidentiality, disclosed AI use, clean boundaries with therapy and clinical care, and referral onward when a client's needs exceed coaching.
- Never promise outcomes. No coach may promise or imply jobs, interviews, offers, board seats or results of any kind. Doing so is grounds for immediate removal.
- Keep session content confidential per the Coaching Services Agreement, including from sponsors; report safety-critical situations per its limits.
- Declare conflicts of interest (e.g. a client interviewing at the coach's employer) before or as they arise; Talpro will re-match where needed.
4. Commercial terms
- Fees, session rates and payment schedules are agreed individually and in writing between the coach and Talpro before the coach's first match. There is no publicly posted rate card; no verbal commitment binds either side.
- Coaches invoice Talpro (or are paid per the written terms); clients are never billed directly by coaches for CVPRO-facilitated engagements, and side arrangements that bypass the platform during an active engagement are a breach.
- Coaches are responsible for their own taxes and statutory registrations as independent professionals.
5. Brand, data and materials
- Coaches may state panel membership truthfully ("Coach on the CVPRO panel") but may not sign for, bind, or speak on behalf of Talpro.
- Client personal data received through CVPRO is processed only for the engagement, protected per our Privacy Policy, and returned or deleted on request at engagement end.
- Materials Talpro supplies (evidence packs, briefs, frameworks) are for the engagement only.
6. Removal and exit
- Either side may end panel membership with written notice; active engagements are completed or handed over responsibly first.
- Talpro may suspend or remove a coach immediately for breach of these terms, the standards, or conduct that endangers clients or the platform's integrity — including any outcome promise or credential misstatement.
