Definitions
What the words mean.
Ownership depth
- Owned — the decision was yours to make and to answer for
- Led — you ran the work, someone else signed the decision
- Contributed — you supplied a defined part of a larger effort
- Advised — you influenced it without holding the work
Evidence class
- Documented — a document you can produce on request
- Corroborated — two independent accounts that agree
- Attested — your own account, dated and specific
- Unsupported — nothing behind it yet, so nothing is written
