Sixteen files. The full mandate.
The complete scope, for a transition where the audience is a board, a search partner or a market rather than a hiring manager with a job description.
The audience stops being a job advert.
A panel, a search partner and a market each read differently from a hiring manager, and none of them start from a job description.
Career Portfolio
Six slides a panel can read without you in the room. PPTX and PDF, because half the time it is forwarded rather than presented.
Market Intelligence
How roles at your level are actually written, in your sector. The language patterns, not a salary table.
Outreach Kit
Notes you send yourself, drawn from your own record — reconnecting after a gap, approaching a search firm.
Handover Notes
How the pack was built and what to update after each role, so the record stays true without us.
On the outreach kit. These are notes you send, from your address, in your name. We do not source roles, submit you to employers, or take a fee from any employer — so there is no version of this where we make the approach for you. The kit is drafting help, not representation.
When the transition is the project.
Not a better résumé. A record that has to survive being forwarded to people you will never meet.
A CXO or board-adjacent move
Where a panel reads a portfolio before it reads a résumé, and the two must not disagree by a single figure.
A market you are new to
A sector, a geography or a company size where the same responsibility is described in an unfamiliar dialect.
A quiet, extended search
Where you will be maintaining the record yourself over months, which is exactly what the handover notes are for.
An organisation-funded transition
Outplacement and cohort work is handled the same way and at the same standard. The individual remains the client of the writing.

A larger scope contains everything in the smaller ones. Nothing is taken away.
Scope is agreed after the audit, never before. Start with one of our three fixed-price packages. If it tells you what you needed and you act on it yourself, that is a good outcome. Larger CareerOS scopes are quoted in writing, and nothing begins until that scope is accepted.
