Coaching is an unregulated industry: anyone may use the title. Our answer is to publish the standard every CVPRO coach signs — credentials, confidentiality, AI use, and the claims we refuse to make — and to invite you to check us against it.

Each coach profile states exactly one of the following, and the evidence for it:
ICF credentialACC, PCC or MCC — the International Coaching Federation ladder — with hours.WHERE HELD

PractitionerNo coaching credential; the stated credential is verified senior operating or CHRO history. Said in exactly those words.HONEST
We align with the spirit of the ICF Code of Ethics and the ICF’s published framework for AI in coaching: the human coaches; the AI assists and is disclosed. We say “align” because the code binds individuals, not platforms — our own code binds the platform.
