Grievance redressal
In plain words
One named officer, published timelines, and a real process. Service complaints, billing disputes, coach-conduct concerns and data-protection grievances all land with a person whose name is on this page.

2. Timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours (working days, IST).
- Substantive response: within 15 days for service and billing matters.
- Data-protection grievances under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: resolved within the statutory period and in any case within 30 days.
3. What you can raise
- Service quality or delivery disputes for any CVPRO package or coaching engagement.
- Billing, invoicing and refund disputes (see the Refund Policy first — most cases are resolved by it directly).
- Conduct of a panel coach, including any suggestion of an outcome promise, boundary breach or confidentiality lapse — treated with priority.
- Exercise of your data rights: access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal (Privacy Policy, section on your rights).
- Misrepresentation by anyone claiming to act for CVPRO — including fake job offers made in our name. We never charge for jobs and never promise employment; report such approaches immediately.
4. How we handle it
- Every grievance gets a reference ID and a single accountable owner.
- Coach-conduct grievances are reviewed against the published standards; substantiated breaches lead to remediation up to removal from the panel.
- We keep grievance records for three years for accountability, handled per the Privacy Policy.
5. Escalation
- If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of a data-protection grievance, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the DPDP Act, 2023 — after first raising it with us, as the Act requires.
- For consumer disputes, remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain available to you; nothing in our terms removes them.
- Contractual disputes follow the Terms of Service: good-faith resolution first, then courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
