Tell us, and tell us early. Cancel before drafting starts and you are refunded in full. Once files are drafted, the fee covers what has been completed and the rest is refunded. Revision rounds are part of the scope, not an extra — if a file does not read like you, that is our job to fix, not yours to accept. What we will never do is tie a refund to a hiring outcome, in either direction: outcomes are not ours to promise, so they are not ours to charge for either.

Never. We do not verify claims with third parties, contact references or approach anyone on your behalf. Sources come from you.

No. Nothing automated reads your file on our servers: no parser, no scoring engine, no summariser and no language model. Your document is opened by the reviewer assigned to your case, and it is not sent to any third-party model provider. If we ever add a step where a model reads your material, we will name the provider on the Security and privacy page and ask you for a separate consent first.

Yes, and you do not have to ask. Uploaded documents delete themselves 30 days after you send them — the clock starts when the file arrives, not when the audit lands — and enquiry records 90 days after the last message between us. If a first report never becomes a larger engagement, both clocks run anyway. A scheduled process does it, so nobody has to remember. Want it sooner? Email [email protected] and we do it the same working day and confirm in writing. You can also ask what is held, get a copy, correct it, or withdraw any one consent without withdrawing the others.

Only if you switch on the fourth consent, which covers an anonymised extract used to improve the method. It is off by default and can be withdrawn on its own.

It is built for CXOs, VPs, Directors and Heads of function. Below that level the record is usually short enough that the audit finds little to move.

The register is the useful part. Writing down what you owned, with the source beside it, is far easier now than reconstructing it under time pressure later.
