Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and TALPRO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U74999KA2020PTC135946, GSTIN 29AAHCT9485A1ZX), registered office B-BLOCK, 4th Floor, 0741/A, 12th Main Road, Manipal County Rd, opposite Star Market, AECS Layout, Singasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, trading as CVPRO. By purchasing a package, submitting the enquiry form or accepting a written scope from us, you accept these terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. What the service is

CVPRO CareerOS 360 reads your professional record and rewrites how it is presented. We produce a Profile Signal Audit and, if you engage us, a set of written career deliverables. Every file is prepared from evidence you supply and reviewed by a person.

• Everything you tell us about your record is true. We build from what you give us.
• You have the right to share the documents you send. Do not send anything confidential to a current or former employer.
• You will not ask us to write a claim you cannot substantiate. We will refuse.
• You are over 18.

5. What we agree to

• Every claim we write for you is traceable to evidence you supplied.
• A named person reviews your work. Nothing ships unread.
• We will not invent an achievement, a metric, a title, a date or a scope.
• We will tell you when we think something in your record does not support the claim you want made.
• We hold your materials confidentially, on the terms in our Privacy Policy.

6. Packages and prices

We sell three fixed-price packages online at www.cvpro.in/book: the CV Signal Snapshot (₹2,499), the Career Conversation (₹4,999) and the Complete Leadership Package (₹9,999). Optional add-ons — LinkedIn Profile Optimisation (₹4,999), Executive Cover Letter (₹1,999) and an Additional Revision Round (₹1,499) — are sold with the Complete Leadership Package only. What each package includes, and its delivery time, is stated on the booking page at the time you pay; that description forms part of these terms. We no longer offer a free audit. Larger CareerOS scopes are quoted in writing and begin only when that written scope is accepted.

7. Payment, GST, refunds and validity

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added at checkout and shown separately. Tax invoices are issued by Talpro India Private Limited, GSTIN 29AAHCT9485A1ZX.
• Payment is taken in full, once, through Razorpay. Nothing renews and no mandate is stored. Payments go only to Talpro India Private Limited — never to a personal account.
• Payments are non-refundable once confirmed. We do not refund a change of mind or a package that goes unused. The exceptions, and how to ask, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Each package is valid for 15 days from the date of payment. Please send your documents and book any included call within that period; after it, the package lapses.
• One reschedule of an included call is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. A missed call without notice counts as delivered.
• Because outcomes are outside our control, no refund is available on the basis of a hiring result. Refunds address delivery, not outcome.

8. Revisions

The CV Signal Snapshot and the Career Conversation include one clarification of the written report. The Complete Leadership Package includes one revision round on the CV, report and roadmap; further rounds can be bought as an add-on. Revisions correct, sharpen or re-target what we wrote. Rewriting to a materially different target role is new work.

9. Intellectual property

Your career information remains yours. On full payment, the deliverables we produce for you become yours to use without restriction. Our methodology, the Profile Signal Index, our templates, our scoring model and this site remain ours.

10. Confidentiality

We treat your engagement and your materials as confidential. We will not name you, quote you, or use your work as an example without your specific written permission. Any case material published on this site is composite and clearly labelled as such.

11. Availability

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site or the service. Where a change affects a paid engagement already agreed, the agreed scope stands.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law: we are not liable for loss of employment, loss of opportunity, loss of earnings, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. Where the service was free, no fee was paid and no liability for loss arises.

13. Termination

Either of us may end an engagement in writing at any time. Section 7 governs what is payable. We may terminate immediately if you ask us to write something false, or if you send material you have no right to share.

14. Grievances

If something goes wrong, tell us first — most things are fixable quickly. Write to [email protected]. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

16. Changes to these terms

We will post any change here with a new version number and effective date. A change does not alter the scope or fee of an engagement already agreed in writing.
