Shipping & Delivery Policy
CVPRO sells digital professional services. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges anywhere in the world. This page explains how and when you receive what you buy.

Nothing physical is shipped
Every CVPRO package and add-on is a digital professional service: written documents and, where included, one-to-one calls.
- No goods are sent by post or courier.
- No shipping, packing or delivery charges apply.
- Delivery works the same way wherever you live.
How you receive what you buy
Right after payment you get a Razorpay receipt and a reference number by email.
- Written deliverables (documents in PDF, Word or Excel) are sent by email to the address you used when booking.
- Calls run on Microsoft Teams. The Teams link arrives by email once you book your slot.
- Please keep that email address working and check your spam folder.
When it arrives
Delivery times are counted from when we receive your documents, not from the time of payment.
- Package 1, CV Signal Snapshot: 1 working day after we receive your CV.
- Package 2, Career Conversation: call slot within 3 working days; notes within 2 working days of the call.
- Package 3, Complete Leadership Package: call slot within 3 working days; full pack within 7 working days of the call.
- Add-ons follow the delivery time shown for each one on the booking page.
How long your booking stays valid
Each booking is valid for the period shown at checkout and in your receipt email, counted from the date of payment. Please send your CV, and book your call, within that period.
One included call can be moved once, free, with at least 24 hours of notice. If we need to move a call, we offer a new slot within 3 working days and extend your booking to match.
If something does not arrive
Write to [email protected] with your reference number. We will check what was sent and send it again.
If the delivery time on the booking page passes and we cannot put it right promptly, you get a full refund of the undelivered package under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
