CareerOS 360 · Executive edition · V6.1.2
Career intelligence for leaders who run the room.
The Executive edition is built for CXOs, managing directors, VPs and board or advisory candidates. It reads your seniority from what you were actually accountable for — mandate, authority, budget, governance — and builds a package fit for search partners, boards and executive panels.
- Mandate over tenure
- Board track only on evidence
- Search-firm-safe share packs
Who it is for
Built for the top two levels of an organisation.
CXOs and MDs
Chief officers, managing directors and country heads preparing a next mandate or a quiet search.
VPs and function heads
Leaders of leaders stepping up to enterprise scope, where the record must show authority, not activity.
Board and advisory candidates
Independent director, NED and advisory aspirants — held to a governance evidence bar.
GCC and site leaders
Leaders of India-based capability centres whose global mandate is often invisible on paper.
Leaders in transition
Between roles, returning, relocating or changing industry, with a record that has to stand on its own.
Leaders weighing offers
Comparing opportunities with a clear decision matrix and the assumptions stated.
What makes it executive
Seniority is read from the mandate. Never from the years.
Ten years in a role says little. What you were accountable for says a lot. The agent calibrates your level from:
- Mandate
- Decision authority
- Leaders of leaders
- Team size
- Budget
- P&L
- Geography
- Transformation
- Governance
- Customers
- Board exposure
Role routing
One primary role-family adapter and up to two supporting ones, so a CTO who also ran a GCC is read correctly on both. The agent distinguishes five mandate types:
- Technical — depth in a discipline
- Functional — running a function
- Enterprise — owning outcomes across functions
- Advisory — shaping decisions you do not own
- Board — governing, not managing
Three tracks, not one guess
The agent infers a primary, a secondary and an adjacent track, each with its evidence, a confidence level and its risks.
With several job descriptions, it groups them by archetype, keeps one common narrative core and creates a new variant only when a mandate is materially different — never one blurred hybrid CV.
The board & advisory guard
No board-ready label from a title.
The Executive edition does not call anyone “board-ready” on title or tenure. A board or advisory positioning is created only when the record carries evidence of:
- Governance — committees, oversight, accountability to a board
- Risk — judgement exercised on material risk
- Enterprise judgement — decisions beyond a single function
- Stakeholders — investors, regulators, boards, partners
- Outcomes — what changed because of that judgement
Being in the room is not the same as having authority in it. The agent never turns access into board authority. If the evidence is not there yet, you are told what is missing.
Four profile diagnostics
The Executive edition reports four diagnostics on your profile. Each one is shown with its coverage, its confidence and the items that could not be scored.
When the evidence is too thin, the number is suppressed rather than guessed. These are diagnostics of how your record reads — not predictions of whether you will be hired.
Across the whole search
Eleven modes. One record.
The same canonical record serves every stage, so a correction made once flows into every affected file.

… and it stops there
No legal, tax or investment advice, and the final decision is always yours.
Live market, honestly dated
Research that says when it was checked.
6–10 comparable roles
Current roles in your role family, at most two per employer, from official sources first and de-duplicated.
An honest status
Each opportunity is marked by what is actually known — from verified open to a company signal only — with the date it was checked.
Refresh dates
Vacancies are re-checked after 7 days, role and pay data after 30, and company signals after 90 — before anything is used externally.
Confidentiality at executive level
Six audiences. Six different files.
What a search partner may see is not what goes on LinkedIn. Every claim is tagged for its audience, and confidential names, deals, pay, contacts, scale and non-public governance data are redacted where they do not belong.
- Private
- Candidate
- Search firm
- Employer / board
- Interview
- Public
Every claim stays traceable. Any material claim can be located back to its evidence, facts are kept apart from assumptions and uncertainty, a correction updates every affected file, and every file check is recorded. Nothing unverified is certified.
Common questions
The Executive edition, plainly
How is this different from an executive CV writer?
A writer rewrites. The Executive edition first builds a verified record of your mandate, evidence and numbers, researches the live market for your role family, then produces a coordinated package from that record — and a named CVPRO reviewer checks it. See the full comparison.
I am a VP. Should I use Executive or Professional?
If your next role is judged on enterprise scope, P&L, leaders of leaders or governance, the Executive edition. If it is a director or head-of role judged on delivery and depth, the Professional edition. We confirm this on the scope call.
Can it position me for a board seat?
Only if your record carries governance, risk, enterprise-judgement, stakeholder and outcome evidence. If it does not yet, you get an honest list of what is missing. For the route itself, see Board Readiness.
Will my current employer find out?
CVPRO sends nothing to employers or recruiters. With your consent your material is processed by OpenAI, the provider the agents run on, and read by your CVPRO reviewer. Share packs are prepared for you to use, and confidential material is kept out of any file meant for a wider audience.
Can I use it alongside executive coaching?
Yes. The verified record is a strong brief for a coach. See executive coaching.
