Why India GCC leaders need this now
India now has about 1,760 GCCs, with more than 1.9 million staff. Leadership roles run from India are expected to grow from over 6,500 to more than 30,000 by 2030 (Zinnov). Many of these leaders now hold global scope. They lead teams they rarely meet. They answer to bosses in other time zones. Coaching helps them do this well.
One contract, three parties
Every sponsored engagement runs on one three-way contract.
- You, the sponsor: you fund the work and agree the goals.
- Your leader: they own the goals and do the work.
- The coach: a senior leader from the HCI Talks community of HR and business leaders.
The goals are agreed in writing before any session starts. All three of you sign the same scope.
What you see, and what stays private
You see:
- Attendance
- Progress against the goals all three of you agreed
You do not see:
- What was said in sessions
- Notes, drafts or private reflections
There are only two exceptions: a legal duty to disclose, or a serious risk of harm. Your leader will only speak freely if they trust this line. So we hold it.
How progress is reported
Progress is measured against the goals set at the start. A sprint runs six to eight sessions over eight to twelve weeks. It ends with a measured review. A six-month engagement runs ten to twelve sessions, with stakeholder reviews at the mid-point and the end. Reviews talk about progress against goals. They never repeat what was said in a session.
Invoicing and data
We invoice your headquarters in US dollars, pounds or euros. Invoices come from Talpro India Private Limited in Bengaluru. This is an export of services, so no Indian GST is charged. Our data handling is built to GDPR, UK GDPR and India’s DPDP Act. Your leader gives their own consent before any file is shared. We never pass their materials to anyone else.
How to start
Book a scope call. Tell us how many leaders, their levels, and what you hope will change. We come back with a written scope and a written price. Each leader then meets their proposed coach before the engagement starts. If the fit is wrong, we propose someone else. Nothing begins until the scope is signed.
Common questions
Asked by leaders abroad
Will you tell us what our leader says in sessions?
No. You see attendance and progress against the agreed goals. Session content stays between your leader and the coach. The only exceptions are a legal duty to disclose or a serious risk of harm.
Can you help us hire or replace a GCC leader?
No. CVPRO is not a recruiter or a placement agency. We do not source candidates or run searches. We coach the leaders you already have.
Who are the coaches?
Coaches come from the HCI Talks community of senior HR and business leaders. Each has held senior operating or people leadership. You and your leader see why a coach was proposed before anything is signed.
How are we invoiced?
In USD, GBP or EUR, by Talpro India Private Limited. Services exported from India carry no Indian GST. Any tax due in your own country follows your local rules.
What does it cost?
Sponsored coaching is scoped to each brief and priced in writing. We do not publish coaching fees. Book a scope call and we will send you a written proposal.
