Time zones, Teams and paying
Every call runs on Microsoft Teams. You get the link by email. You pick a slot that suits you from the times shown when you book. Indian afternoons fall in UK mornings and in the Gulf working day. Pick your package at Book My Appointment and pay online. Invoices come from Talpro India Private Limited in Bengaluru. Overseas packages stay valid for 30 days from purchase.
Your data, handled with care
People read your files. Packages P1 to P3 use no language model at all. Each file has one named human reviewer. Our data handling is built to GDPR, UK GDPR and India’s DPDP Act. We say "built to" because we do not claim a certificate. We never share your materials with employers or recruiters. The full detail is at Security & privacy.

Asked by leaders abroad
Do you help leaders who have never worked in India?
Yes. Our method works on any leadership record. We read your record against the market you are aiming at. We are based in Bengaluru, but your work does not need to be.
Which currency do I pay in?
Leaders abroad pay in US dollars, pounds or UAE dirhams. These prices are before tax and are not subject to Indian GST. Indian residents pay in rupees, plus GST.
How long is my package valid?
Overseas packages are valid for 30 days from purchase. Send your files and book any call within that time. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy, including any cancellation rights you have where you live.
Can you find me a role abroad?
No. We are not a recruiter or a placement agency. We do not apply to roles for you or pass your details to employers. We help you see your record clearly. The hiring decision is always the employer’s.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching is scoped to you and priced in writing. We do not publish coaching fees, because no two leaders need the same work. Book a scope call and we will talk it through.
