What does coaching cost?
Every price is published at investment: the diagnostic is ₹19,999, a sprint ₹74,999, a six-month engagement ₹2,49,000, the board programme ₹3,49,000 — all + 18% GST, with written scope before you pay.
How long is an engagement?
A sprint is 8–12 weeks; a full engagement six months with 10–12 sessions. Sessions run 60–90 minutes, usually on Microsoft Teams.
Who are the coaches?
Senior operators and HR leaders from the HCI Talks community — people who have hired and grown leaders in India. Profiles publish with verified claims only; see the panel.
Can I choose my coach?
We propose a match and tell you why; you meet them in a free chemistry session before any coaching fee. Not right? We propose another, or you walk away.
Is it confidential?
Yes, by default and in writing. In sponsored coaching, the sponsor receives only what the written scope names — themes, never transcripts. See the standards.
Is the AI coaching me?
No. AI builds your evidence pack and briefs your coach; the coaching is human. Where AI touches your material it is disclosed at responsible AI.
Will you get me a job or a board seat?
No, and we put that refusal in writing: no job promises, no guaranteed seats, no applying on your behalf. What we do is make you evidenced, positioned and prepared. See what we refuse.
Is coaching therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking work on leadership with a non-clinical professional. If clinical ground appears, your coach will say so and suggest appropriate professional support — that is care, not rejection.
My employer is paying. What changes?
The scope is agreed three ways before the start — you, sponsor, coach — including exactly what the sponsor hears. Your sessions stay yours.
What if it is not working?
Say so — to your coach or to us. Mid-point reviews exist to catch drift; a mismatched coach is replaced without drama. Fees already invoiced follow the published refund policy.
