Peers are the second coach.
Some things a coach cannot give you: the comfort of hearing a peer name your exact problem, and the pressure of reporting progress to people who cannot be fooled. Cohorts of six to eight leaders, one senior facilitator, a fixed arc, and honesty as the operating rule.
The real agenda.
Set at calibration from your evidence, not from a template. Typical themes:
The arc
A fixed number of sessions with a theme each — transitions, difficult calls, presence — anchored by each member’s real situation.
Peer casework
Each session, one member’s live problem gets the room. Everyone leaves with the method.
Between sessions
Pairs hold each other to the commitments made in the room.
Confidentiality
Chatham House, in writing, signed by every member. It is the whole foundation.
How this usually runs.
No cohort is announced until its facilitator, dates and size are fixed — you will never see “waitlist” theatre here. Current cohorts, when open, are listed on this page.
