The evidence register is a spreadsheet, and it is the least glamorous file in the pack. It is also the one the other fifteen read from, which is why nothing in a CVPRO pack contradicts anything else in it.
We will not write a claim your record cannot support. Ever.
That is the first of our four refusals, and the register is the mechanism that makes it operational rather than aspirational.
Traced
The claim has a source you named — a budget line, a headcount, a site count, a date. It goes into the résumé as written, and the interview dossier can point a question straight back at it.

The claim is probably true and is not yet checkable. It stays in the register and out of the résumé until you supply the source. We ask; we do not fill the gap for you.
Out
The claim cannot be supported at all. It comes out of the record, and we tell you why. This is the conversation people expect to be uncomfortable and almost never is.

Nothing was added. No adjective was strengthened. The rewrite is longer only on facts, and every one of them was already true.
“Ran P&L across two regions.”
Six words. A reader who cannot size that P&L assumes the smaller end of the range. Every time.
“Owned the P&L for two regions — INR 740 crore combined revenue across 11 sites — through two budget cycles, holding pricing, capital and headcount authority.”
Same career. Same year. The register is what made the second version writable.

Sixteen deliverables built by hand from sixteen separate readings would contradict each other by the third file. They are built from one.
ATS Master Résumé
Every line in the master traces to a register row. Nothing appears in the résumé that is not in the register first.
Interview Dossier
Each answer points at a register row by number, so you can reread the source before a call rather than reconstructing it from memory.
Target-Role Résumé
A variant cut to one role from the same master, which is why the two documents can never quietly disagree about what you did.
After handover
The register ships to you as a spreadsheet. It stays useful long after the engagement, because it is the only file that has to be maintained.
