1. Who we are

CVPRO is a service of TALPRO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("Talpro", "we"). We operate an evidence-led career-services and executive-coaching practice: we build career documents and evidence assets (CareerOS 360), we facilitate coaching engagements between clients and independent professional coaches, and we publish market intelligence.

2. We are a facilitator and aggregator — not an employer

• We are not an employer of our clients, and using CVPRO creates no employment relationship, offer, or expectation of employment with Talpro or with any other company.
• We are not an employment exchange, placement guarantee or job portal. We do not sell jobs, interview slots, referrals-for-a-fee, or access to vacancies.
• For coaching, we act as a facilitator and aggregator: coaches on the CVPRO panel are independent professionals, not our employees or agents. We verify stated credentials per our published standards, match engagements, and handle operations — the professional judgement in a session is the coach's own.
• Nothing we produce — documents, scores, briefs, coaching — constitutes an offer of employment or a representation that any employer will respond.

3. No promised outcomes — ever

Careers are decided by markets, companies and people we do not control. Therefore:

• We never guarantee interviews, shortlists, offers, promotions, board seats, compensation levels, timelines or any other outcome.
• Scores and assessments (Profile Signal Index, Board Readiness Score) are editorial reading tools that describe how a profile reads — they measure presentation of evidence, not your worth, and they predict nothing.
• Any testimonial or case study we publish is either verified and consented or clearly labelled a composite, and in all cases describes one situation — not a promise that yours will match.
• If anyone — including a CVPRO coach or staff member — promises you a job or a guaranteed outcome, that promise is unauthorised and void; please report it to our Grievance Officer.

4. Not professional advice of other kinds

Our services are career documentation, coaching facilitation and market commentary. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, legal, tax, financial, medical or psychological advice. 5. Your inputs, your truth

Everything we build starts from information you supply. You are responsible for its accuracy; we refuse to fabricate credentials, employment history, metrics or references in any document — see what we refuse to do. Documents we deliver are drafts for your review and adoption: you are the author of record of your own career materials.

6. Market intelligence and published content

Insights, guides, the CXO Market Pulse and similar publications are general commentary based on sources believed reliable at publication. They are provided "as is", may become outdated, and are not advice for your specific situation. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.

7. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talpro's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any CVPRO service is limited as set out in our Terms of Service and, for coaching engagements, the Coaching Services Agreement.
