Are you made to feel motivated or engaged with your work?

Your safety while at work is one of the most important things of all, and you should be constantly conscious of it. After all, there is certainly a lot of your safety which is your responsibility. That being said, your employer definitely has a responsibility to you and your colleagues to provide a safe, secure working environment for everyone.
